（中央社記者林宏翰台北17日綜合報導）剛拿下本季第3勝的旅美左投陳偉殷，遭到所屬金鶯隊下放小聯盟。他透過經紀公司發表聲明表示，自己很健康，是因球隊需要一個野手的位置才有此調，但仍感失望。

陳偉殷昨天才對費城人隊投出一場8局無失分好投，今天卻遭球團下放到小聯盟高階1A，台北時間27日才能回到大聯盟名單，21日將錯過對藍鳥隊先發。

金鶯這次下放殷仔，挪出位置給3A的野手帕米利（Chris Parmelee），由於陳偉殷當初和球團簽下的合約當中並沒有不得下放條款，因此這次球團決定技術性下放殷仔，挪出一個名額。

金鶯隊總教練休瓦特表示，陳偉殷連續投長局數後，要讓他下小聯盟調整。

不過陳偉殷透過經紀公司發表聲明，並且在臉書貼出這則聲明稿，解釋球隊的調度「之前經紀人所談的合約沒有受限制和拒絕任意下放條款，目前球隊需要大聯盟名單位子來提供給一名小聯盟的外野手，所以有這個調度」。
